TypeScript vs WASM Component Model — headless simulation, no rendering

Measures average tick time for the boids algorithm at different flock sizes. Both implementations use the same flat Float32Array layout and identical algorithm. 50 warmup ticks, then 200 measured ticks at fixed dt = 0.0167s.
